Private customer
If you discover that you have received a damaged parcel after delivery, please complete the Damaged or lost shipment form.
Be sure to file your damaged parcel claim at the earliest opportunity from the discovery of the damage, but no later than 6 months after the shipment was handed over to Omniva.
Please note that it is generally only the sender who is eligible for a refund.
If you have sent a shipment abroad and it has been damaged, the recipient of the shipment must immediately contact the postal organization that delivered the shipment and report the damage.
Then the recipient must inform the sender of the shipment and the sender needs to fill out a statement and report the damage to the shipment to Omniva.
