Private customer

If you have registered a parcel using private customer e-service but have decided not to send it, or if you tried to send it via a parcel machine but were unsuccessful, you can fill out the Request refund for unused service form.

This form is available for our Private customers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania and should be submitted to our customer support team.

 
 

Business client

If you register a parcel in the business client e-service but decide not to send it, it will not be included in your invoice. 

Only shipments that physically arrive at the sorting center are charged.
