I forgot to attach an address card to parcel.

Private customer

If you are private customer and inserted your parcel in a parcel machine locker and realized, you forgot to attach the address card. Be aware, our system has already saved your parcel data, and the courier will print and attach the address card when emptying the parcel machine.

 
 

Business client

If you are business customer and sending more than one parcel in one locker, you should add address card to each parcel or write shipment number (parcel code) to each parcel. If you forgot to attach address card to some parcel, please contact  our customer support in Estonia,  Latvia or Lithuania.
