Someone else's parcel is in my parcel machine locker
If you are picking up your parcel and notice another person's parcel in the parcel machine locker:
- Take that shipment out of the locker and stay nearby.
- Call our customer support in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
- Enter the parcel code provided by our support team on the parcel machine screen as if you were shipping a new parcel.
- Place the parcel into the open locker and close the locker door.
Our courier will collect the parcel from the parcel machine and return it to our sorting center.
