Redirect a parcel or letter
To redirect a parcel that’s already handed over to Omniva:
In Lithuania - fill out the LT Parcel redirect form.
In Latvia - fill out the LV parcel redirect form.
In Estonia - Submit a redirection request via e-service.
Letter sending and redirection are available in Estonia only.
To redirect a letter:
Contact our Customer support to redirect to a different post office free of charge.
Request personal postal service to have it brought to your home or office for an additional fee (see our Price list).

My parcel hasn’t been delivered
If you haven't received your parcel:
- Check if the parcel is still in transit according to our domestic and international delivery times.
- Track your parcel to find out its current location.
If the delivery time has passed and the parcel has not been delivered, or if it is unclear when the parcel will be delivered:
- If you are the sender, fill out the Request parcel delivery status form for business client or for private customer.
- If you are the recipient, contact the sender to track the parcel
