The parcel machine has a technical issue

Unfortunately, due to the weather, the screen of the parcel machine may react a little late. Our recommendations:

  • Make sure that you ⁠touch the screen with ONE finger and it is not greasy, moist or dirty.
  • We invite you to make sure that when you touch the screen, clothing, such as a jacket sleeve, is not touched at the same time.
  • Please wait a little while touching the numbers on the screen. In the cold season, the parcel machine screens may react more slowly and be sure your fingers are warm enough.
  • Make sure that the screen is completely clean (no dirt/water/snow on the screen), paying special attention to the corners and edges of the screen. 
  • The screen is not exposed to direct sunlight because it often affects the touch sensitivity of the screen.
