The parcel machine locker door code doesn't work

Ensure you use the six-digit door code received in the delivery SMS/email. Do not enter the shipment code (tracking number). 

Make sure you are at the correct parcel machine. You will find the name of the parcel machine on the screen of the parcel machine, it must match the one specified in the SMS/email.

If you're entering the correct code but the locker still won't open, try prying the locker door open.
