Private customer
If you discover that you have received a damaged parcel after delivery, please follow these steps:
- If you're the recipient, please contact the sender.
- If you're the sender, please complete the Report damaged or lost parcel form.
Business client
If you find that the parcel is damaged after delivery, please contact your sales manager or reach out to our Business customer service .
Be sure to file your damaged parcel claim in accordance with the local requirements - in Latvia, within six months of the parcel delivery.
