Do I need to verify my identity when receiving shipments through Omniva?
A valid ID - like a passport or ID card - is required for parcel deliveries by courier when an additional service has been selected that requires proof of age or identity.
Identity verification is not required when receiving parcels from the parcel machine, unless identity verification as an additional service has been added to the shipment. You can do this using Smart ID or mobile signature.
