Will I get notified about a delivery?
Private customer
For parcels delivered to parcel machine - when the parcel is placed in the parcel machine , the recipient will be notified about it by SMS or email
For parcels delivered by courier - the courier will call the recipient and agree on the delivery day and time.
Business client
For parcels delivered to parcel machine - when the parcel is placed in the parcel machine , the recipient will be notified about it by SMS or email
For parcels delivered by courier - business clients will receive their parcels without a notification within one working day.
Business clients can also add the additional service "I would like a delivery notification" to a parcel when registering it in the business client self-service. It is possible to choose to receive SMS or email.
