How long items are stored by Omniva?
Parcels are stored in the parcel machines for 7 days. We notify the recipient by SMS before the storage deadline.
If it's a courier shipment and the courier can't reach the recipient to agree on the parcel delivery time, the parcel will be stored for 7 days:
- At a nearby parcel machine if it's a S-L size.
- At the delivery center if it's an XL size.
If the parcel isn't picked up within the storage time, it will be returned to the sender. The sender must pay for the parcel return.
