Can someone else pick up my parcel?
Parcels from a parcel machine can be picked up by entering the six-digit door code send in the delivery SMS. Share the code with another person to have to have them pick up your parcel from the parcel machine.
Parcels delivered by courier can also be received by another person on behalf of the recipient only if no restrictive additional services have been included (e.g., delivery to an adult, document return, delivery to a specific person, etc.)
Another person can receive the shipment at the post office if they can present the shipment notification and if the shipment does not have restrictive additional services, such as delivery to a specific person. The person picking up the shipment must carry their identity document.
