The timeframe on Omniva’s letter delivery
The delivery time to a recipient’s mailbox depends on the letter type.
After being handed over and stamped, standard and maxi letters are delivered on the third business day if mailed via a letter box or post office before the last emptying time.
Express letters (i.e., standard and maxi letters), once handed over to us with the Plussmark stamp printed on it, are delivered the following business day if mailed via a letter box or post office on a business day (Monday - Friday) before the last emptying time.
Registered letters are delivered on the third business day following the handover. If the delivery attempt fails, the recipient receives a notice and can retrieve the letter from the post office within 15 calendar days.
