What happens if my Picapac parcel machine is full but more parcels are in arrival?
If your private Picapac parcel machine is full when the courier arrives to deliver another parcel, the courier will call you to open a locker remotely and place the parcel there.
If it's a community or a shared Picapac parcel machine, the courier will call you and to arrange an alternative delivery option.
