My parcel was delivered to a parcel machine or post office instead of my Picapac parcel machine
A parcel may not be delivered to a Picapac parcel machine if:
- The recipient's phone number is not linked to the Picapac parcel machine in the Omniva system. Adding numbers is done through Picapac customer service (klienditeenindus@picapac.ee)
- The parcel does not follow various Restrictions.
