Private customer
If you discover that you have received a damaged parcel after delivery, please follow these steps:
- If you're the sender, please complete the Damaged parcel report form.
- If you're the recipient, please contact the sender about the damaged parcel, along with photos of the damaged parcel and the package.
Be sure to file your damaged parcel claim in accordance with the local requirements - within six months of the parcel delivery.
Business client
If you find that the parcel is damaged after delivery, please complete the Damaged or lost parcel report form.
