The parcel machine didn't print the address card

Private customer

If the parcel machine hasn’t printed the address card, check that it isn’t stuck to the printer.

If it isn’t stuck, the printer has likely run out of paper. If you are a private customer you can insert the parcel into the locker without an address card because our system already has your parcel data.
The courier will print and attach the address card when emptying the parcel machine and restock the sticker paper.

 
 

Business client

If the parcel machine hasn’t printed the address card, check that it isn’t stuck to the printer.
If it isn’t stuck, the printer has likely run out of paper. If you are business client and sending more than one parcel in one locker, you should add address card or write shipment numbers on each parcel. 
If you are sending just one parcel in one locker, you can send it without address card because our system already has your parcel data.
The courier will print and attach the address card when emptying the parcel machine and restock the sticker paper.
