The same door code in multiple delivery SMS or emails means that you have several shipments stored in the same parcel machine locker.

When picking up parcels, you’ll also see a notification on the parcel machine screen if there are multiple parcels in one locker. You will need to confirm this information.

When you're at the parcel machine, make sure to collect all parcels from the locker.
