Our parcel machines are outdoors and available 24/7. 

After receiving a delivery notification via SMS or email:

• Go to the parcel machine where your parcel is being stored. 
• Use the parcel machine's touchscreen and press "Receive parcel”. 
• Enter the door code included in the delivery SMS or email.
• If the sender has requested identification, please verify your identity using the appropriate method.
• If the sender has requested payment upon the delivery ("Cash on delivery"), pay the required fee by using your bank card.
• Collect the parcel(s) from the locker(s). 
• Close the door. 
• Once you have paid for the delivery, you can print the receipt or send it to your email by entering your email address on the screen. 

If there are multiple shipments in the parcel machine locker, double-check that you've taken all parcels.
