There are no free lockers in the parcel machine
Private customer
If you're registering your parcel at the parcel machine and there are no free lockers of your chosen size, you can:
- Select a different size locker. Please note that you'll be charged based on locker size.
- Visit an alternative nearby parcel machine.
If you registered your parcel in the e-service and there are no available lockers of your chosen size, you have the option to open a larger locker, if one is available. You will need to pay the price difference directly at the parcel machine.
Business client
If you are a business client, you registered your parcel in e-service, and there are no free lockers of your necessary size, you can choose to open a door for a bigger locker, if available, at no additional cost. Business clients are billed for the size of their parcels, not the lockers they use.
