How to track your parcel?
You can track a parcel using the shipment tracking code you received by SMS or email.
All the shipments can be tracked on the Track and receive parcels page.
After entering your parcel tracking number on the Track and receive page, you'll see a summary of the parcel journey with the current status highlighted in bold.
To expand a more detailed timeline, click Track & trace details on the page.
International shipments may show different tracking status updates based on parcel sorting procedures or customs activities.
There is an exception with international Economy shipments If the additional service “Proof of delivery” is included in the price of the parcel or has been selected by the customer, tracking is not possible for some countries of destination and the customer service of Omniva must be contacted to confirm the location or delivery of the shipment.
