Couriers call the parcel recipient beforehand to agree on a delivery time.
If you can't accept the delivery at the time proposed by the courier, you can:
- Ask the courier to place your parcel at a nearby parcel machine or post office.
- Arrange an alternative day for the courier to deliver the parcel.
- Contact our customer support to arrange a delivery at a different date or location.
