Once the parcel has been delivered to your local post office, we'll notify you by letter, SMS, or email.

Make sure to have a valid ID card with you when collecting the parcel at the post office.

If you're picking up a Cash on delivery parcel, you'll need to pay for it at the post office.

Another person can collect your package by showing the notification or with a power of attorney (for a legal entity). 
If the sender has requested the delivery to a specific person, this will be indicated in the arrival notice, and in that case, we will not deliver the package to another person.
