How does the preferred delivery location work for private customer?
You can set up one preferred delivery location in your private customers e-service account.
Your preferred parcel machine will apply to shipments from Ali Express and Temu with no specific Omniva delivery location from the e-shop.
Your preferred delivery location won't apply:
- If the phone number entered does not match the one associated with your e-service account.
- For parcels ordered from e-shops with a parcel machine assigned already as the delivery destination upon purchase (either by sender or recipient).
- If a parcel exceeds the size or weight limit for parcel machine delivery.
- If you change the preferences after the parcel has been sorted (the changes will be taken into account for future shipments).
