How does the preferred delivery location work?
You can set up your preferred delivery location in your private customer e-service account. You can set up multiple preferred delivery locations and choose one as primary.
Preferred delivery location can be:
- A parcel machine
- A post office
If you are a Picapac customer:
- All other preferred delivery locations are overwritten, and parcels are directed to the Picapac machine upon arrival in our logistics centre.
Your preferred delivery location will apply to international or domestic parcels for which no specific Omniva delivery location has been assigned from the e-shop.
Your preferred delivery location won't apply:
- If the phone number entered does not match the one associated with your e-service account.
- For parcels ordered from e-shops with a parcel machine or PO box assigned already as the delivery destination upon purchase (either by sender or recipient).
- If a parcel exceeds the size or weight limit for parcel machine delivery.
- If you change the preferences after the parcel has been sorted.
- For the following additional services:
- Document return
- Personal delivery
- Delivery to an adult
- Recipient's identification
- Digital copy of the document
- Document number registration
