What happens if I'm not at the delivery address when the courier delivers the parcel?

The courier will call you beforehand to agree on a delivery time. 

If you can't accept the delivery at the proposed time, you can:

  • Ask the courier during the call to place your parcel at a nearby parcel machine.
  • Ask the courier during the call to deliver it another day.
  • Contact our customer support to arrange a delivery at a different date or location.
