Set or change your preferred delivery location in private customer e-service
To set or change your preferred delivery location, follow these steps:
- Log in to your e-service account.
- In the upper right corner, choose the Preferred Locations section, click on the field, and enter the name of your preferred delivery location.
- In Estonia, Picapac customers will be automatically redirected to their Picapac machine. Parcel redirection to a Picapac machine can be deactivated for a specific time. In this case, please contact us at info@omniva.ee.
