How to send a parcel paid by a recipient?
Private customer
For private customers sending a parcel for which the recipient pays for sending, please ask the recipient to register the parcel using the private customer's e-service and provide you with the parcel code. You can then visit a parcel machine and use that code to send the parcel.
Business client
Business clients can request payment for sending goods from the recipient during the parcel delivery by selecting the "Cash on delivery" additional service while registering the parcel in the business client e-service.
NB: To receive a report and weekly payments for this COD service, please contact your Sales manager or Business clients support. Otherwise, you will not receive a report and will receive payments after each shipment.
