How to send a parcel from a post office?

To send a parcel from a post office to the Baltic or to other world countries:

  • Register your parcel in self-service to avoid spending time at post office filling in all the required information.
  • Print out the address card and if needed custom declaration and attach it to the parcel.
  • You can conveniently hand over the pre-registered parcel at the post office without waiting in line.

If you can't print the address card, share the shipment code with the post office worker who will print and attach address card to your parcel.

Additionally, you can register your parcel using the e-service and package it at the post office, paying the fee for the packaging material.

If you haven’t pre-registered your parcel in self-service, then a post office worker can do it for you. Just give the receiver data and preferred sending info to post office worker and they can help you to register the parcel.
