How to decline direct mail and advertising
To refuse addressed direct mail (catalogues, advertisements, etc.), please contact the direct mail sender.
If you are the mailbox owner and would like to refuse unaddressed direct mail (catalogues, advertisements, etc.), follow these steps:
- Fill in and submit the online Advertising application form or contact your local post office, where a clerk will fill in the form for you.
- Be on the lookout for a "no ads" sticker in the mailbox within 10 days and attach it to your mailbox so it’s clearly visible.
Only the mailbox owner can refuse unaddressed direct mail, so relatives, landlords, and building owners can't refuse it on behalf of the mailbox owner.
To once again receive unaddressed direct mail, remove the "no ads" sticker from your mailbox and contact our Customer support.
Declining direct mail temporarily is not an option; you must follow the steps to refuse it and then resubscribe when you want to receive it again.
Please contact our Customer support if:
- You'd like to place your own "no ads" sticker on your mailbox.
- You haven't received the "no ads" sticker ordered from us.
- You'd like to order a new "no ads" sticker because your was removed or damaged.
- You've received the "no ads" sticker but haven't filled in a direct mail refusal application form.
- You've put the “no ads” sticker on your mailbox but still receive unaddressed direct mail.
