Change or cancel a courier pickup time

Private customer

If you registered your parcel in e-service and want to change or cancel the courier pickup time, contact our customer support in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.

 
 

Business client

A one-time courier pickup request cannot be changed, only cancelled. To cancel it:

  • Log in to the business client e-service.
  • Click the register parcels button.
  • Click view all orders under the courier order area on the right side of the screen.
  • Click on the courier order number that needs to be canceled. 
  • Click cancel order and confirm the cancellation.
