I cannot download the address card in the business client e-service.

If you're having trouble creating the address card for your shipment, it is likely an issue with your web browser. Please do the following and try downloading the address card again:

  • Disable the pop-up blocker in your web browser.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Use a different web browser.

If you've tried the above and the address card  still cannot be downloaded, please contact our business client support in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
