What should I do if I can't print out the address card?
If you registered your shipment in e-service as a parcel machine shipment but can't print out the generated address label, you can print it at the parcel machine.

If you registered a courier shipment, write the tracking number on the parcel. The courier will print out the address label before sending the parcel for sorting.
