I have fallen for a scam campaign

Any communication about Omniva campaigns and offers is always sent from emails with our domains - omniva.ee, omniva.lv, omniva.lt - and official social media accounts.

Omniva never asks for customers’ credit card details.

Fake campaigns may be sent from email addresses with a different domain or from fake social media accounts.

If you suspect a fake Omniva campaign or offer, please report it to our customer support in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.

If you have fallen for a scam campaign and have provided access to your bank account you should:

  • Contact your bank as soon as possible and request your card be deactivated.
  • Check your bank payment history to find out if your card has been used and contact the police. 
  • Contact our customer support in to inform them about the scam message.
