Business client wants to change parcel details
Once the shipment is registered, its details can no longer be changed. If the shipment has not been handed over to Omniva, you can delete it in the e-service and create a new shipment with the correct details.
It will not be included in your invoice since only shipments that physically arrive at the sorting centre are charged.
