No, we terminate the contract upon mutual agreement if all obligations with Omniva SIA have been settled.

No, free Omniva delivery plugins (APIs) are available for popular e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Mozello, Prestashop, Shopify, OpenCart, and Magento, or you can add a CSV file in the Omniva self-service environment.

Is it possible for customers to return shipments that were delivered by another logistics company?
