How to package and label your parcel?

Please package your parcel according to the Instruction for packaging and labeling.
How to create, print, and attach an address label?

All parcels to be shipped need a visible and legible address label.You can create an address label for your shipment by registering the shipment:
– In e-service (applicable to domestic shipments within Baltic countries and international shipments)
– At a parcel machine (applicable within Baltic countries).
Print the address label at home or at a parcel machine if the shipment is sent within the Baltics and internationally,
Attach it to the top of the parcel.
Alternatively, you can write the sender and recipient details clearly and visibly on the parcel.

What to do, if my parcel is damaged?

If you discover that you have received a damaged parcel after delivery, please complete the Damaged or lost parcel report form.
What to do, if my parcel hasn’t been delivered?
If you haven’t received your parcel:
- check if the parcel could still be in transit as set out in our delivery times for domestic and international parcels.
- Track your parcel to find out its current location.
If the delivery time has passed and the parcel hasn’t been delivered, or it’s unclear when the parcel will be delivered:
- If you are the sender, fill out the Parcel delivery status form.
- If you are the recipient, contact the sender to track the parcel.
